1. Tibet: A lot of people may hate me for saying this, but I think this part of Asia would be better off without the Dalai Lama. While I may agree with a good portion of his philosophy; how Tibet was run before 1959 is an entirely different matter. When the Dalai Lama was in power, Tibet was not a nice place. The monasteries were living large while the Tibetan people were basically serfs with no rights or private property. In addition, I've heard reports of monks over there raping random women and children, law breakers being subject to cruel and unusual punishment, and blood-drinking rituals with bowls made out of skulls. Need proof? Just watch Penn & Teller: Bullshit! on Holier than Thou.

2. Josh Palmer (Zeurel): Even though he's one of the better animators on Newgrounds; it doesn't compensate for the lack of worthwhile content. Adventure Babies was a very bad case of “expert-but-empty” and Zombie Murder Explosion Die would make Eddsworld, Legendary Frog, and The Weebl look like Tomorrow's Nobodies. Aside from Ashley Snaps, he's just mediocre shit who hasn't taken what he said about Nin10doh 64th to heart.

3. Windows 8: I'm going to be honest and say that this version of Windows is a case of not bad, but not great. First of all, I just want Windows to be Windows as Linux to be Linux rather than iPOS or Blandroid. I don't see what's so great about the iPhone, iPad, and their competition when they're little more than stripped-down rehashes of existing technology. (iPhone = PDA + Cell phone – buttons – stylus – any other practicality; iPad = Wacom Cintiq – pen – media slots – most of the buttons.) Second, it seems that Microsoft hasn't learned from their mistakes, but at least it isn't crash prone like Win ME was. In addition, it's also worth mentioning the bad direction that they've taken with X-Box 360 that doesn't involve unreliability (crappy interface, inability to copy downloaded games onto a disc or SD card, DRM, rejecting used games.) On the other hand, at least there's a program called Classic Shell for those sick of the bullshit that this, Win 7, and Vista have been plagued with. Oh, and speaking of X-Box...

4. The George Zimmerman Ordeal: I do not believe that Zimmerman is a cold-blooded killer, but someone who overreacted to a potential threat to him. It doesn't help that Trayvon Martin wasn't the nicest guy around. (I have heard reports that he was a delinquent, but would like solid evidence to prove it.) Furthermore, there have also been reports of gang violence as a result of that verdict. While we're on the subject of mistaken self defense, a black man by the name of Cory Maye accidentally shot a police officer when the officer barged into his apartment thinking that Maye was a drug dealer. I mean, Maye wasn't a violent person or a hardcore addict, so what's all the fuss? It turns out that officer was the son of the police chief of Prentiss, MS, which got Maye in hot water and got him sentenced to jail because of the local police's mistake. It kills me that Maye got the legal shaft and Zimmerman will now live in constant fear whereas Martin is hailed as an “outstanding citizen.”

5. Michael Barrier: Here's one man who I think people on Newgrounds should listen to: http://www.michaelbarrier.com
After reading various articles on his site, I have to say that I agree with a vast majority his views on animation such as his criticism of Pixar, Hayao Miyazaki, and present-day Disney in general. However, while I do see where he is coming from on Ralph Bakshi and Richard Williams; the former managed to maintain a better track record than the latter. Besides, there are greater examples of on-screen self-destruction.

6. John Kricfalusi's Depressing Studio Stories: I know that all of you are familiar with John K and Ren & Stimpy, but here's some of his accounts of working at crappy tv cartoon studios:
http://johnkstuff.blogspot.com/2010/02/what-was-most-depressing-80s-studio-1.html
http://johnkstuff.blogspot.com/2010/02/depressing-80s-cartoon-studios-2-hanna.html
http://johnkstuff.blogspot.com/2010/02/depressing-studios-3-dic.html
This may provide an explanation as to why he has a distaste towards how most cartoons are made throughout the past decades.

7. Downfall: Here's a really cool horror game by the Michalski brothers that is worth checking out:

If you're fed up with the bad direction that Resident Evil and Silent Hill are going, then you're in for a treat. Oh, and due to its content, it got rejected from Steam. Here's the official site: http://prawkonj.republika.pl/harvest/games_downfall.html

8. Jack Tramiel's Death: It's quite surprising that his death didn't get as much coverage as it should. I mean, Tramiel founded Commodore in the '50s and created its most recognized product in the '80s: the Commodore 64. On the other hand, I do acknowledge that he and his son Sam helped run it, Atari Corp., and Amiga into the ground during the '90s. As an added bonus, Commodore originally started as a typewriter repair company.

Oh, and here's some Goa:
