1. Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the Thirteenth (2000)
Even though I liked Scary Movie, this one was pretty damned funny and hard to find on DVD. If you hated Scary Movie, you may like this; then again, you may not.
2. Ark (2004 cgi film)
Screw Wall-E; shit on Shrek the Third; this is one film that is worth people's time here. It's about two friends who find a really badass looking robot and that is all I remember. Plus, this was done by the same people who did Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within.
3. Heavy Traffic (1973)
Here's one Ralph Bakshi movie that mixes animation with live footage. This is about an animator living life, trying to tolerate his parents as much as he can, etc.
4. Goku: Midnight Eye (1994-1996 Masamune Shirow anime)
I didn't like Ghost in the Shell, but this I actually enjoy. Plus, I'd recommend this over GitS any day.
5. Twisted City (1992 anime)
Another one of my favorite anime that got cast aside for Cowboy Bebop and Princess Mononoke. Not recommended for those who are rather touchy or hate anime (this involves tentacle rape).
6. Jack Frost 2: Revenge of the Killer Mutant Snowman (2002)
Chances are that you never heard of this, but in that case; read the I-Mockery article on this b-grade fun-fest.
7. Love & Sin (1987)
Here's a wacky comedy flick that takes place during the Salem Witch trials involving a young couple, a clueless pastor, a bitchy old woman, a mayor who married his own cousin, and a corset-clad witch (played by Barbara Radecki). It may have sex-related sight gags, but this is one of the better indie films I've seen.
