For anyone who is interested, I happen to read other users' reviews on a regular basis on Newgrounds. I don't always agree with them, but I can respect those who put forth a decent effort without looking like condescending, didactic, pompous assholes. Those are the people who know what they are talking about and deserve to be listened to. With that out of the way...

1. André Nguyen (Gel): Even though he hasn't been on here in a long time; everything he has done shows that he is incredibly skilled in basically every criteria, as well as extremely observant. Too bad he's so backlogged with work because I wouldn't mind either A) his critical eye, and B) a potential collaborator.
2. Egoraptor: Of course he was an obvious choice for this list, but to not include him just wouldn't be right. Aside from being extremely talented; he also knows what not to do when working on his projects unlike various other creators who have less talent or seemingly non-existent artistic restraint.
3. PsychicPebble: While many people have accused him of being a hypocrite on various occasions; I have to give him credit for explaining what's good or bad about a submission in detail. However, like the aforementioned, the amount of music reviews he wrote are obscenely low.
4. DiMono: I don't know if he's a legitimate game programmer or not, but he does have the eye for game design judging from what he wrote. In addition, he is also a great voice actor and musician.
5. Zafrece: I just met this guy recently, and haven't listened to all of his songs. However, his review of my minimal techno attempt was very helpful and informative. However, it would be nice of him and most of the Audio Portal guys to review more movies, games, and art.
6. The Review Request Club: Am I the only person who legitimately appreciate these guys for taking time off of their lives just to provide honest input on random submissions of random quality? I mean, they're better at writing reviews than I am and can crank them out astonishingly quick.
7. Ericho: As said before, I don't agree with him all the time and has really questionable taste in submissions. However, I can still respect him seeing that he does more than leave one or two measly sentences.
8. Exedor: Again, I don't agree with him on everything, but considering that he's 40 years old and is a pretty good draftsman.

Oh, and here's a some more commentary material just for the hell of it:
